DC 2P 40A MCB TOMC7-63 have the advantages of advanced structure, reliable performance, strong breaking capacity, beautiful appearance and compact appearance. It consists of a shell, a handle, an operating mechanism, a contact system, a thermal trip unit, a magnetic trip unit and an arc extinguisher. When the circuit breaker turns on the current, the bimetallic strip heats up and deforms. When the current overload reaches a certain level, the excessive deformation of the bimetallic strip pushes the trip unit into action. When the trip unit passes short-circuit high current, the electromagnetic system immediately pushes the trip unit action to protect electrical equipment: the tripping characteristics have been adjusted before leaving the factory, and there is no need for adjustment and maintenance during use.

4. Appropriate tripping curve being chosen and properly installed, MCB trips and switches off its protected circuit in case of fault, and thus provides protection against electric shock.
